Today was something of an anticlimax. Work was paralysingly boring (probably a good thing, in the circumstances), with Olga giving me the evil eye, probably because of my miraculous recovery from my 'bad cold'. B— stayed in all day. When I got home he had an idea though. He wants to find out if Sean has really gone away, or is in his apartment above Olga's, waiting (B— is convinced that Sean has installed a mini-camera and microphone somewhere in the bar). His idea is to come to the bar in some kind of disguise, when no-one we know is there (probably mid-morning tomorrow, judging by today), then use his sense to 'see' into Sean's apartment. I asked him how he'll know if it's Sean he's sensing, and he told me that, first of all, if there's anyone in the apartment it'll almost certainly be him, and secondly, that he'd recognise him anyway for various reasons. So we decided that tomorrow, if the bar is empty, I'll phone home and pretend I'm leaving a message for Kelly. That'll be his cue to come over. He's going to use my Halloween costume from last year and transform into a rasta. Close up, it's very fake, but on a crappy wireless camera B—'s sure it'll work. Then he'll just sit at a table with his back to the door (in case someone we know comes in), order a tisane and read the paper for ten minutes while he tries to sense Sean in the apartment upstairs. Sounds like a plan. The only way it could fail is if Sean by chance or design comes in and confronts B—.
